It’s already been a massive year for infinitSpace: we launched our second London location ‘beyond Kingsbourne House’, announced plans to launch three new sites in Germany in partnership with CG Elementum, as well as sharing the upcoming launch of two new UAE sites in partnership with Sultan Holding!
And we’ve got no plans to slow down any time soon.
In fact, today, we are delighted to announce the launch of 'beyond Zuidtoren', our next flexible workspace location in Amsterdam, opening September this year! The management agreement was signed at this years PROVADA Real Estate Conference with Bryant Park Services B.V. (a fund affiliated with New York-based global asset manager Marathon Asset Management L.P. – “Marathon”, a global asset manager with $23B under management).
Yes, following sites across Europe and the UAE, the Netherlands – where our Head Office is based – will now be home to an infinitSpace flexible workspace. Located in the iconic Zuidtoren office complex which lies at Taurusavenue 1-41 in Hoofddorp, directly at Hoofddorp train station.
Zuidtoren has undergone extensive refurbishments during the last two years which have improved the ESG credentials of the building and included a full renovation of the lobby, meeting rooms, restaurant and terrace, all lift lobbies and sanitary facilities. It is a striking building, comprising 17,000 sq m of office space, designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates. It has received a BREEAM Excellent and A+++ energy label.
Indeed, the new workspace will be among the most impressive in the country.
Following the success of our London-based sites, ‘beyond Kingsbourne House’ and ‘beyond Aldgate Tower', we have signed a management agreement to launch the new flexible workspace under ‘beyond Zuidtoren’.
As part of this, the design of the new workspace will match beyond’s signature style of light-filled spaces and bold colour palettes, fitted with relaxing lounge spaces and equipped with the latest workspace technologies. It will be characterised by its commitment to building community and empowering human endeavour.
Of course, all occupants of Zuidtoren will benefit from our first-class workspace management app. The app has a number of practical features, such as enabling a building’s users to access meeting rooms or book coworking spaces on demand. Primarily, it will serve as a connectivity hub that extends across our global flexible workspace portfolio, providing a widespread forum for communication and networking.
