Once again, infinitSpace has some fantastic news regarding our expansion.
2023 has already seen infinitSpace go from strength to strength, from the launch of our second London location ‘beyond Kingsbourne House’ to the announcement of our plans to launch two new sites in Germany in partnership with CG Elementum. These new projects have allowed us to spread the numerous benefits of flexspace to so many new members and landlords alike.
But we’re not stopping there...
We’ve launched an incredibly exciting new partnership with UAE-based investment company Sultan Holding!
We’re so excited to be working with a company that contributes so much to UAE society and economy. Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Sultan Hareb Al Falahi, the business has become a world-leading real estate investor and manager. Sultan Holding places strategic investments across numerous sectors, permeating almost every industry in the Emirati economy, and provides partners with deep insight, extensive know-how and the experienced hands-on guidance required to build success in the UAE.
Marking our first venture into the MENA region and outside of Europe, this new collaboration will see the merger of two new flexible workspaces. Operating under a brand-new flexspace brand called ‘Centrum,’ the workspaces will be located in two landmark commercial sites within Sultan Holding’s real estate portfolio: Bay Gate Tower, Dubai, and Sky Tower, Abu Dhabi.
And the UAE doesn’t have long to wait before infinitSpace comes to town: the two flexible workspaces will launch September 2023 in Bay Gate Tower, Business Bay, Dubai and in Sky Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, and together will span an impressive 50,000 square foot. The modernisation of these two sites will reflect the exciting global movement toward flexible working following the pandemic.
Yet these two spaces are just the beginning of a revolutionary partnership. In the next five years, the brand will expand across twenty locations in the MENA region – naturally, all connected to infinitSpace’s global community of coworkers via its first-class tenant app.
infinitSpace and Sultan Holding will join forces to curate the new brand ‘Centrum’. Alongside a high-quality fit-out with top-tier amenities and integration of the latest in innovative workspace tech, the ‘Centrum’ brand will be characterised by personal hospitality and community building, allowing it to provide a seamless, premium experience for enterprises, SMEs and freelancers.
