Centrum: infinitSpace’s latest brand collaboration in the UAE

Following our announcement in June 2023 of a new partnership with world-leading real estate investor and manager Sultan Holding Company, we have officially launched our first two locations!

Spanning an impressive 50,000 square foot, Bay Gate Tower (pictured) in Business Bay, Dubai and in Sky Tower in Al Reem Island Abu Dhabi, reopened their doors today (4 September 2023) following an exciting brand invigoration in collaboration with infinitSpace, focused on optimally transitioning into the new post-pandemic age of flexible working.

And these two newly opened spaces are just the start of a trailblazing partnership. In the next five years, the new Centrum brand will expand to over 20 locations across MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region. 

What is ‘Centrum’?

A reinvigoration of Sultan Holdings’ well-established Centrum Business Lounge (CBL) concept, Centrum is a new flex space brand, built on the principle that connections and collaborations are the driving force behind a business’ success. 

Centrum invites its members to unlock their full potential through its centres of excellence, with the thoughtfully curated flex office spaces providing the ideal environment for entrepreneurs and SMEs to thrive. 

The new brand embodies a convergence of community and collaboration, bringing people together and fostering a sense of belonging by igniting impactful connections. Centrum is where inspiration meets ambition, and members’ entrepreneurial journeys unfold with purpose, passion, and unparalleled support.

Centrum flex office spaces across the UAE and MENA region will serve as innovative epicentres for businesses, fostering a vibrant community of like-minded professionals.

What’s new?

infinitSpace's brand collaboration with Sultan Holdings Company focuses on building a human centric approach, where high-spec technology, curated services and global connectivity for businesses all converge.

Naturally, Centrum locations will benefit from infinitSpace’s signature tech – namely, our unrivalled app. 

Opening up a world of opportunity for members, the Centrum app, powered by infinitSpace, will facilitate easy meeting room bookings, access to discounted product purchases and the chance to connect directly with other Centrum members.
