infinitSpace enters the German market

infinitSpace enters the German market

Since launching in 2021, we have been on a mission to help landlords transform their existing office spaces and buildings into their own branded, tech-enabled, flexible workspaces.

At the start of 2022, we launched our first site – beyond Aldgate Tower – in the heart of London. Working with the commercial landlord, Brookfield Properties, we have created an incredible, modern, stylish space for London’s brightest businesses, small and large alike.

And we are now excited to share news of infinitSpace’s expansion into new regions, starting with continental Europe.

We are delighted to announce our first steps into the German market with a new state-of-the-art project “5YN3RGY”, in partnership with CODIC Development GmbH in Düsseldorf.

The project will be implemented over 4,500 square metres and see the creation of a new flexible workspace. The space will feature a progressive design, embedded with the latest digital technologies and sustainable infrastructure, designed from the inside out to allow for maximum usability across both professional and private lives.

The site will place the health and well-being of its users at the heart of its design. What’s more, it will promote integration with the wider community through exciting event management and education opportunities.

infinitSpace will be applying all its skills and experience to 5YN3RGY, designing and implementing the flexible workspace and its infrastructure, and equipping it with the latest green and smart technology. In addition, we will oversee the ongoing operations of the site, which includes providing support for the site’s members and community; developing a tailor-made events programme; marketing; and customer acquisition.

We are hugely excited to get started on this incredible new venture and bring the joys of flexible working to the German market. Here’s what the team had to say about the news:

Wybo Wijnbergen, Co-founder and CEO of infinitSpace, said: “After the successful launch of our first flexible workspace in London earlier this year, we are really excited about our move into the German market.

“Düsseldorf is a thriving city and the perfect place for us to take our first steps in the German metropolitan regions. We know the value of our approach, as well as the skills and experience we bring. We are not just another coworking concept – what makes infinitSpace special is the importance we place on technology; combined with the white-label concept that can be applied to a variety of working environments and contexts; our deep understanding of customer needs and of course our partnership model, in which the owner continues to have full control. This allows us to offer both landlords and users a novel and adaptable package.

“Our goal is to unite property owners and tenants behind a contemporary strategy that meets the demands set by modern work. On the landlord side, we become active as a 'flexible workspace partner', identifying and implementing a site’s potential, incorporating design, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. On the other hand, we want to offer every person within a workplace access to a collaborative and inspiring space that meets all their technical, mental and social needs.

Armin Djendjo, Director of Real Estate, infinitSpace Germany, added: “Our expansion strategy targets large metropolitan cities which will draw workers across a variety of sectors, backgrounds, and regions of the city. 5YN3RGY in Düsseldorf meets all these requirements, and promises to be an exciting, successful partnership – with CODIC we have found the perfect partner for our first location in Germany.”
