We are thrilled to reveal that we’ve entered into a management agreement with one of Central Europe’s leading investors, Peter Korbačka, to launch our first-ever German flexible workspace location in Berlin: introducing beyond Quartier Heidestrasse!
Incredibly, beyond Quartier Heidestrasse will mark our sixth ‘beyond’ location in Europe and the first in Germany, totalling over 4,500 workstations across the continent.

Wondering what to expect from our newest location?
Here’s some context on the Quartier Heidestrasse development: it’s a new mixed-use complex in Berlin’s Europacity project area, a modern and innovative urban district. It boasts excellent transport links, with Europacity having direct links to the city’s main train station.
Spanning almost 4,500 square metres and facilitating 700 workstations, the workspace will be situated in Quartier Heidestrasse’s ‘Straight’ building. ‘Straight’ is a six-storey building housing a mixture of residential and office space – that’s not to mention a host of additional facilities, including a rooftop bar and a cafe! infinitSpace will operate the street-facing section of the building.
beyond’s premier services and facilities are, of course, to be expected. This includes bookable private meeting rooms, event spaces, ultra-fast WiFi, IT support, premium-quality coffee, phone booths, a comprehensive events programme, and an on-site community team. In other words, everything a business needs in their workspace to thrive.
Of course, we will equip it with the very latest in workspace technology, including a branded app to connect flexible workspace members, businesses, and residents across the development as well as across infinitSpace’s global network. In our signature service to landlords, we’ll also be responsible for marketing the space, managing memberships and overseeing the ongoing operation of the site.
