Following the success of our first two workspaces in Amsterdam, we are incredibly excited to share the news that we are opening another new workspace…
So, we’re proud to announce that we have entered into a management agreement with Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest investment managers in the world with $146 billion of real estate assets, to launch beyond Gouden Bocht in Amsterdam – our third Dutch flexible workspace location!
That’s right, beyond Gouden Bocht marks our third beyond location in Amsterdam – joining the fantastic beyond Republica Campus and beyond Zuidtoren – and becomes our ninth location globally.
What is special about beyond Gouden Bocht?
beyond Gouden Bocht is housed in Herengracht 471, a stunning listed building that dates back to 1666 and is steeped in history. It’s ideally located in the popular and prestigious ‘Gouden Bocht’, or Golden Corner, in the centre of Amsterdam’s Canal District. With boundless shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques at its doorstep and views of the famous Herengracht canal, this incredible city centre location boasts excellent transport links.
Our newest location will offer a diverse range of workspace options. Totalling almost 1,000 square metres, it will be spread across three floors and consist of coworking space, private offices, meeting rooms and plenty of outdoor space located in the inner courtyard with terraces from famous restaurants. The private offices are perfect for small or large businesses, servicing teams of three all the way up to a self-contained floor for forty-five people, ensuring that we cater to all your workspace needs!
Of course, members will be able to take advantage of beyond’s premier services and facilities, including a world-class workspace app that connects our members across our global network. beyond Gouden Bocht will also boast our signature ultra-fast WiFi, IT support, premium-quality coffee, a fully stocked pantry on each floor and phone booths.
And of course, we remain committed to bringing people together into our community and supporting all our members in their individual journeys. Members can enjoy working across all our wonderful locations, promoting human endeavour and collaboration.
