infinitSpace launches beyond flexible workspace in London’s The Bower

Following a blockbuster 2023, it’s about time for our first big announcement of 2024…

So, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve entered into a management agreement with FTSE-listed real estate firm Helical plc to launch a new state-of-the-art flexible workspace location in The Bower complex in Old Street, London under our signature ‘beyond’ workspace brand! 

beyond The Bower marks our third beyond location in London – following, of course, the fantastic beyond Aldgate Tower and beyond Kingsbourne House – and our fifth across Europe. All in all, infinitSpace now has seven locations in operation.

The Bower is a mixed-use commercial development created by award-winning architects AHMM, housing premium office, retail and restaurant space. Spanning a total of 20,000 square feet, beyond The Bower is spread across two floors of the development’s dazzling ‘The Tower’ building. 

It’s ideally located at 207 Old Street on the ‘Silicon Roundabout’ – yes, the iconic area home to many of the city’s most innovative tech and startup businesses. It is in the heart of the vibrant and culturally rich neighbourhood of Shoreditch, and it also boasts excellent transport links, as the complex is situated less than a minute’s walk from Old Street station.

With a capacity of 400 desks, beyond The Bower offers a range of coworking and private office memberships to suit every need, from individuals up to large teams, all with flexible terms. 

Naturally, members will benefit from beyond’s numerous premier services and facilities including bookable private meeting rooms, event spaces, ultra-fast WiFi, IT support, premium quality coffee, phone booths, a comprehensive events programme, and an on-site community team.

We’ve also fitted out the space with our cutting-edge technology, including the beyond workspace app, which connects beyond The Bower members with others across beyond’s global network. Under the management agreement, we’ve been charged with marketing the space, managing new memberships and overseeing the ongoing operation of the site. 

And, of course, the final piece of the puzzle is beyond’s commitment to building community and empowering human endeavour, which is at the heart of the workspace’s design! Members in all our buildings can work across all locations and thanks to our community app they can connect online to meet offline to work, learn and play.
