We are delighted to announce that infinitSpace has entered into a new global partnership with Vallist. By working together, we are going to make it easier and more appealing for landlords to enter the booming flexible workspace sector.
So, who are Vallist and what do they do?
Singapore-based Vallist helps landlords navigate the transition to flexible workspaces. The company also assists investors looking to gain exposure in the flex-space sector.
It complements infinitSpace’s offering perfectly. After all, we create and manage tech-enabled, white-label flexible workspace brands on behalf of commercial landlords.
Vallist, like us, is a relatively young business but is built on vast experience. It was founded in 2021 by Lachlan Buchanan and Alex Passler, who have a combined 50 years of experience in commercial real estate. Both have held the role of Head of Real Estate for WeWork and other global operators across different continents – together, they have structured more than 350 deals across 40 countries in their careers.
How will infinitSpace and Vallist work together?
We are pooling our strengths – we have different areas of expertise, different service propositions and different networks. By combining them, we are creating a more compelling proposition.
We have a strong European foothold, while Vallist has gained rapid traction in the APAC and MENA regions. The partnership is designed to help commercial landlords transition quickly and keep pace with the huge demand for flexible workspace; 30% of office real estate is expected to be flexible by 2030.
In an end-to-end proposition, Vallist will use its global reach and strong relationships with commercial landlords to advise them on how to adapt their portfolios to include flexible workspace. infinitSpace will then manage the feasibility, design, build and ongoing marketing, sales and operation of the flexible workspaces.
A perfect fit
It really is a perfect fit and a compelling union between two high-growth businesses. Indeed, you may have seen the news about this partnership in the likes of Property Week, PropertyWire and Facilities Management Journal, among many others.
Here’s what infinitSpace’s CEO, Wybo Wijnbergen, has to say: “We’re really excited to be working with Vallist – it’s a partnership that will fast-track our global expansion plans. Their team has great knowledge of the flexible workspace sector, not to mention a worldwide network of landlords, many of whom are looking for assistance in capitalising on the flexible workspace trend.
“infinitSpace takes the pain and complexity out of that process, working closely with landlords to create flexible workspaces within their portfolios, and then managing those spaces for them.”
And this is the view of Alex Passler, Managing Partner at Vallist: “We are delighted to unveil this partnership with infinitSpace – it complements our existing offering perfectly.
“Thanks to our experience and expertise in the CRE sector, landlords trust Vallist’s guidance on how to adapt to changing tenant demands. However, for many landlords, the risk lies in the operational element of running flexspace and infinitSpace are proven, passionate operators, tech-experts, and data driven community builders. With this partnership, not only can we advise the CRE sector on their entry to the sector but execute their entire plans from end-to-end.”
We are on a mission to make flexible workspace easy for landlords, without them having to relinquish control over their buildings. Get in touch today to find out more.
