2023: A year of growth and flexspace triumph

As yet another year rolls to a close, it’s a great time to take the opportunity to reflect upon our achievements this year. After all, it’s been a busy one!

If there was one word to describe infinitSpace’s journey as a business in 2023, it would be growth. Growing into new markets, growing our team and growing our proposition to offer among the best workspaces in the industry.

Let's dive into what has been a rollercoaster ride of highlights, new milestones and achievements for infinitSpace.

• Expanding our network across the globe

Since January, four new fantastic infinitSpace locations (beyond Kingsbourne House, beyond Zuidtoren, Centrum Bay Gate Tower and Centrum Sky Tower) have opened their doors across Europe and the Middle East. 

And we’re not slowing in 2024, with four new locations in the UK and the Netherlands set to open in the first quarter of the year!

Naturally, this means our member network across all infinitSpace locations has also ballooned, going from a global community of 2,500 members in 2022 to a huge 5,500 now.

All in all, we have an incredible 250,000 sq ft of premium flexible workspace across all our current locations!

• Welcoming new employees to the infinitSpace team

The infinitSpace team expanded rapidly with the addition of numerous talented, enthusiastic, and dedicated new employees – all around the globe. 

From marketing and sales to our on-site community teams, we were pleased to welcome a multitude of fresh faces in the UK, the Netherlands, and in the UAE. All in all, we welcomed new seven team members this year!

• Celebrating our flagship’s first birthday

infinitSpace's very first location, the London-based beyond Aldgate Tower, celebrated its first birthday on March 1^st after what has been nothing short of an incredible first year. 

Home to almost 1,100 members, the beautifully designed space has been integral to helping a multitude of SMEs and entrepreneurs since opening its doors with its exceptional amenities and a chock-full events programme.

What’s more, we hosted an incredible party on-site to celebrate the occasion – check it out! 

• Relaunching the ‘Centrum’ brand

infinitSpace partnered with the UAE-based Sultan Holdings this year to reinvigorate the well-established Centrum Business Lounge (CBL) concept – and so our newest workspace brand, Centrum, was born! The innovative new concept is built on the principle that connections and collaborations are the driving force behind a business’ success.

Spanning a combined 50,000 square foot, two flexible workspaces in the UAE – Centrum Bay Gate Tower in Business Bay, Dubai, and Centrum Sky Tower in Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi – officially relaunched in September. 

But these two locations are just the first of many under the Centrum brand! It will expand across 20 locations in the MENA region – naturally all connected to infinitSpace’s global community of coworkers via our world-class tenant app.

• Championing ESG through insightful research

The well-being of our members, our society and our planet are central to everything we do.

Understanding the challenges landlords face and finding solutions to improve the sustainability of their assets is fundamental to taking strides towards net zero. So, infinitSpace and The Instant Group wanted to get to the root of the issue and came together to survey 250 UK office landlords on everything ESG. 

The research garnered huge buzz in the media, earning coverage in top property outlets like CoStar, Property Wire, Property Week and many more – a massive 60 pieces of coverage in total!

• Building our pipeline and looking to the future...

As we wrap up 2023, our focus is already shifting towards an exciting future. With a robust pipeline in place, infinitSpace is set to make even more connections and unveil thrilling developments in 2024. Keep your eyes peeled for many more exciting upcoming announcements!
